My story

Understanding the language beneath words

I speak Hindi, Gujarati and English—but I also think of psychology as another language. It means listening not only to what a person says, but also to the feelings, patterns and needs that may be difficult to express.

I believe every individual has the capacity to grow. Often, what we need is someone who listens without judgement, helps us understand ourselves more clearly, and supports us as we rebuild confidence.

My work with adults, children and families has strengthened my belief that there is no single “right” pace for therapy. Each person arrives with a different story, different strengths and different needs. Acceptance is not the end of change; it is often where meaningful change begins.

Professional values

Confidentiality, dignity and client wellbeing guide every session. My role is to offer thoughtful professional support while creating an environment in which you can explore, recover and grow.
